ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please note that all orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.

After the order has been shipped out and received by the carrier, we shall update you with a track and track code which will enable you to follow up on your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24hrs or 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Yubby’s Boutique is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost package. All claims are filed through USPS directly.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE

In situations where you would like your address to be changed, please contact us via email or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with the new shipping address or befitting address.

Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped, we can not alter the shipping address.

DISCOUNT CODE CAN NOT BE APPLIED AFTER PURCHASE.

Please note that we do not apply discount code after an order has been placed and we do not issue refunds. However, in the case where Yubby’s Boutique is to issue a refund for discount, our department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on the amount to be refunded.
